Appleseed is an organisation still under development, but the overall aims are making the world of information a better place by small manageable steps, by individuals or small groups.
There is a target to be a UK registered charity, as while there are non-UK charities with some similar aims, such as the Electronic Freedom Frontier there does not appear to be a UK group.
The formal aims of the organisation, membership, if any, and many other aspects are evolving, and suggestions are welcome.
