For End Users
Suggestions should be things which can be tried without disrupting the way you currently work, and should not generally require any expenditure.
For Small Organisations
There should be no need for a small organisation to have a computer specialist, though you may have someone who is interested. There is much untapped potential for small organisations to communicate better, both internally and with the wider world. Some suggestions may require financial outlay, but the benefits and costs should be explained.
For larger organisations with an IT Team
Some suggestions for end users (your customers) suggest they contact you to try to improve your service. There should be an explanation on the page about the trade-offs and implications of the change.
